This Criminal Original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.521 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018 pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent to any other competent authorities and to complete the investigation within the stipulated period.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner a case has been registered in Crime No.521 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147,148,294 (b),448 and 506(ii) of IPC. There are totally four accused in this case, in which three accused obtained anticipatory bail and they are yet to secure one more accused. He would further submit that they have examined four witnesses and they are about to complete investigation.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage transfer of investigation cannot be considered, which would affect the entire investigation. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
