O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order, dated 18.02.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2456 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2456 of 2019, dated 18.02.2019 has been complied with and the final report has been filed on 04.12.2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanyakumari. The statement is recorded.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt Petition is closed.
