Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is an aided non-minority education Institution. It had appointed one Nagarajan as PG Assistant (Physics) with effect from 07.02.2022. The petitioner states that this appointment was made only after getting prior permission from the competent authority. The proposal has now been submitted by the School seeking approval of the said appointment and for disbursement of the grant-in-aid. The proposal is presently pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. The third respondent is directed to consider the said proposal and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
