Heard both sides.

2. Since the then president of V.Nangoor village panchayat issued eviction notice, the present writ petition came to be filed. The present president of the local body does not want to pursue the eviction proceedings.

3. Recording the said stand of the fourth respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
