O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct enquiry in the petitioner's petition, dated 22.06.2024 pending before the third respondent and pass orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner and the fourth respondent are brother and sister; that the fourth respondent has to return some jewels and cash to the petitioner and for that purpose, the petitioner has lodged a complaint and enquiry is pending in current paper. He would further submit that the fourth respondent has already filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3979 of 2024, not to harass him under the guise of enquiry and on 29.04.2024, this Court recorded the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that were not harassing the petitioner and that they have conducted a petition enquiry as against the petitioner therein in CSR. No.467 of 2023 and the same was closed on 16.10.2023.

3. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings for getting back the jewels and cash. No costs.
