This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the Sub Inspector of Police, Seithur, Virudhunagar District / 2nd respondent herein made in NAMUNA dated 31.12.2014 and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting Kabadi Tournament on 10.01.2015 in the name of the Red Rose & Subash Kabadi Team at Seithur, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
