ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to give necessary police protection as per the rental agreement and also should provide security to run the writ petitioner's Thirumana Mahal namely STR Groups, Sri Rajarajeswari Thirumana Arangam situated in Ramanathapuram District Ramanathapuram Taluk, Aranmanai Road, Door No.6 measuring 1 acre 37.5 cents.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Even according to the writ petitioner, she has not obtained any civil Court decree or order. In the absence of any civil Court decree or 2/4

order, the question of granting police protection on the ground that there existed rental agreement does not arise at all.
