ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent vide M.C.No.28 of 2015 dated 16.02.2015 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that for proceedings under Sections 107 and 111 of Cr.P.C., already time was lapsed and the petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also admitted that already time was lapsed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.07.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No aav 2/4
