O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 583 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 353 and 506(1) of IPC.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that originally, interim stay was granted by this Court in all further proceedings of the FIR in Crime No. 583 of 2018, however it is not extended and thereafter, the respondent police has conducted investigation and the final report is made ready. She would further submit that there are specific allegations against the petitioners.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if grounds are made out. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
