[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.K.Hema Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Standing Counsel for the official respondents. By consent on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner by way of this writ petition seeks direction upon the first and second respondents to proceed with the notice issued by the respondent Corporation, dated 30.01.2018. The petitioner has referred to the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court made in W.P.(MD)Nos.12188, 4339 and 13026 of 2019, dated 02.07.2019.

3. We take notice of the fact that the Madurai Corporation is taking action pursuant to the direction issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and we have already upheld the notices, which were challenged before us by the encroachers. Therefore, the respondent corporation shall proceed to take action in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
