Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents insofar as it relates to Patta issued in favour of the 5th respondent for entire 85 cents in S.No.45/1C1, Karadipatti Village, Madurai District and quash the same and further direct the respondents to restore Patta No.448989 in favour of the petitioner.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner wanted to argue the matter, I am of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The petitioner had sold the petition mentioned plot in favour of Bharathy, W/o.Kumarasen vide sale deed dated 10.12.2021. The copy of 2/5

the patta issued in favour of Bharathy has also been produced by the respondents. Sub-division has also taken place. The petition mentioned plot is comprised in S.No.45/10 and covered by Patta No.4717. The extent has been mentioned as two acres.

3.Recording the subsequent developments, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
