ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the Respondent Nos.3 and 5 from interfering with civil dispute in favour of the
sixth respondent pertaining to the property and management of St. Assisi Matric Hr. Sec. School in 10-879, St. Mary's Nagar, M.K.V.K.G. Saw mill road, Pavoorchatram, Tirunelveli District.
2. It is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent in respect of claiming for the post of Correspondent. Therefore, all the entire disputes between them is civil in nature. In such circumstances, the fourth respondent is no role in the dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondents- 3 to 5 are directed to not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent in respect of claiming the post of correspondent to the Saint Assissi Matric Hr. Sec. School in 10-879, St. Mary's Nagar, M.K.V.K.G. Saw mill road, Pavoorchatram, Tirunelveli District.
4. With the above terms, the writ petition is disposed off. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
