This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.784 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a petition in HMOP No.784 of 2019 before the Family Court, Madurai, seeking divorce in the year 2019. However, the respondent one way or the other is dragging on the proceedings and has not filed her counter so far.

3.Despite notice served to the respondent and name printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.

4.Considering that the above petition in HMOP No.784 of 2019 was filed in the year 2019 and the trial is not commenced so far, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of HMOP No.784 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
