[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Manickam, learned Government Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.There is a delay of 4 days in filing the appeal. However, since the appeal was against the interim order passed in the writ petition and the said writ petition itself having been disposed of, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the Writ Appeal stands rejected in the SR stage itself.
