(M.D).No.15337 of 2016 dated on 12.03.2020 along with the petitioner's survey petition dated on 28.03.2022 and the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2023 with proper police production at the time of survey and fencing work of the above land within a time limit which is fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate informed the Court that survey of the petition mentioned land will be conducted on 09.08.2024 from 11.00 a.m onwards.
