ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that their complaint has not been addressed by the respondent Police has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to take action on their complaint.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the complaint of the petitioner was treated as petition enquiry in CSR.No.743 of 2025 and the same was closed, on 20.07.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling them to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
