Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. This criminal original petition has been filed to file final report in Crime No.408 of 2021 registered on the file of Sivagangai Town police station.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that final report has already been filed for dropping further action in the matter. A copy of the final report has also been served on the petitioner. It is also stated that the third respondent has filed final report before the jurisdictional Special Court on 26.11.2021.
4. The jurisdictional Special Court is directed to take a call in the matter and if it decides to accept the final report filed by the third respondent, the petitioner will be put on notice. The petitioner has the right to file protest petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
