The issue involved in this appeal is squarely covered by a decision of the Full Bench rendered in W.A.No.3748 of 2019 and Rev.(MD)No.99 of 2014 on 04.02.2022, in the case of State of Tamil Nadu and others v. C.Srinivasan.
