The petitioner sought a Mandamus directing the second respondent, the Branch Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, to forward the petitioner's original mark sheet to the Forensic Science Department to determine genuineness of the same.

2. Today, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents would state that the petitioner has, in fact, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.15685 of 2018 been terminated from service as on 01.12.2018. The request for approval of the said order by the Joint Commissioner (Labour) has been received by the respondents on 12.08.2021.

3. Recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is closed, reserving however, the right of the petitioner to seek verification of the mark sheet in question, at an appropriate time, if the petitioner is so inclined. No costs.
