ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 174

(3) Cr.P.C @ 304(B) IPC, in Crime No.138 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused and the deceased are husband and wife. Due to demand of dowry, the deceased came to her parental home and stayed there for the past one month. On 24.08.2021 at about 10.00 hours, the deceased committed suicide by hanging in the ceiling. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

No.19012 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and she has no role in the occurrence. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the RDO report would reveal that there was dowry harassment and that was the reason for the suicide of the deceased.

5.No doubt, the petitioner's earlier application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17570 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not shown any change in circumstances, since the dismissal of the earlier application. 6.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also taking note of the report of RDO and the investigation is pending and that there is no change in circumstances, since the dismissal of the earlier application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this point of time. 7.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 09/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
