ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to register the death of the petitioner's husband and to consequently issue a death certificate.

2.It is now reported that the death certificate has been issued. Therefore, there is no necessity to adjudicate any further in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
