2. It is seen that before filing the writ petition, the petitioner filed O.S.No.26 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram and the suit was dismissed. No first appeal had been filed. In these circumstances, the question of interfering with the impugned order does not arise. This writ petition stands dismissed.
