The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey the property in S.Nos.94/5 and 94/7 in M.Kandiyaperi Part I, Thatchanallur, Tirunelveli Town,Tirunelveli by considering his representation dated, 17/5/2025.
2.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed, dated 27.09.2025 and the Town Survey Land Register stand in the name of the Petitioner. The Petitioner submitted an online application, dated 17.5.2025 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondent submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/5
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 17.5.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and neighbouring land owners, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
