ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 120(b) and 420 of IPC in Crime No. 17 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to custody in another case in Crime No.447 of 2023. During custody period, he was arrested on PT warrant in this matter also on 31.08.2023.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
