ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property situated in Survey No.698/8, with an extent of 0.14.50 Hectors, in Silvaarpatti Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his application dated 24.07.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.V.G.Vallarasu Chezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkamkarunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the third respondent.
3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, he got right over the subject property under a settlement deed dated 21.12.2023. The patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.4857. The petitioner submitted an online application on 24.07.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/13/010394, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land
owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
