Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14 A(2) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016 against the order dated 07.05.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.8 of 2019 on the file of the District and the Vacation Sessions Judge, Dindigul and enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with Crime No.32 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police.
ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. PR Boomirajan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondents No. 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.249 of 2019, dated 31.07.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD). No.8858 of 2019 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.249 of 2019, dated 31.07.2019 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents has opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.249 of 2019, dated 31.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m This petition is ordered accordingly.
