ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent No.1 to withdraw complaint, dated 02.06.2023 pending before the Respondent No.2 and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for further enquire based on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.08.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl) would submit that the petitioner sent a complaint to the Inspector of Police, Medical College Hospital, Tirunelveli, by way of post. After sending the complaint, the petitioner is not appearing before the Authority and also not co-operating for the enquiry.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the competent Authority to complete the process of enquiry. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 06.12.2023 NCC:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No PNM 2/4
