ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that since the shops claimed by the petitioners were already auctioned in the public auction, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
