The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the appeal suit is itself dismissed for default on 23.11.2021 and nothing survives in this petition.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the grounds raised in this petition before the Lower Appellate Court with regard to receiving of the documents in question, if the appeal is restored.
