For Respondent : Mr.R.Anandharaj, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 10/2015 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC in Crime No. 10 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that A1 and A3 are having bad antecedent and that is the reason why, they sought for interim protection to participate in the enquiry. However, inspite of granting interim protection to the petitioners enabling them to participate in the investigation, they have not co-operated. Hence, investigation could not be completed.
