ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw complaint dated 29.05.2023 pending before the 2nd respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of police for further enquiry based on the petitioners representation dated 08.08.2023.
2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that based upon the complaint given by one Muthupandi, a case in Crime No.273 of 2023 was registered on 04.12.2023 against two persons for the offences under Section 405, 420, 294(b), 506(2) of IPC and this petitioner is also one among the victims.

3. Let them appear before the respondent and give a statement so that investigation may go on in that line. With this direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 07.12.2023 NCC :
