PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the 3rd respondent to return back the lease amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- to the petitioner based on the lease agreement dated 31.07.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.05.2025 within a stipulated time. For Petitioner : Mr.Dinesh Kumar V For R1 & R2 : Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar Additional Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 21.05.2025 before the respondent police as against the third respondent herein and filed this writ petition that her complaint has not been been acted upon by them.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired and it was closed.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
