PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction directing the first respondent to withdraw complaint dated 27/05/2023 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for further enquire based on the petitioner's representation.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to withdraw complaint dated 27/05/2023 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for further enquire based on the petitioner's representation. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Muthu Pandi a case in Crime No.273 of 2023 has been registered against two persons. Since the FIR was registered, let the statement of the parties be recorded and the respondent police proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. There is nothing survives for further consideration.

3.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police and give her statement and co-operate with them to complete the process of investigation.
