ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner primarily filed an appeal questioning the impugned order. During the pendency of the writ petition, the appeal was allowed and the revision filed by the private respondents was dismissed. A copies of the orders have been enclosed in the typed set of papers. The petitioner has since been issued with patta also.

3. Recording the subsequent development, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
