None appears for the writ petitioner.

2. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioner gave representation dated 03.12.2014 for taking action under Sections 34 and 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 was conducted and report was 2/4

submitted on 02.07.2015 and action under Section 36 of the Act was also taken on 06.04.2018. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
