ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of the missing document viz., Original Settlement Deed in Document No. 3509/2013 on the file of the Sub-Register, Aruppukottai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2024, was enquired by the respondent Police and the same was closed on 14.07.2024, since the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry by appearing before the respondent Police. Thereafter, the petitioner has lodged another complaint before the first respondent on 30.07.2024. Even in the said complaint, the petitioner has not co-operated and the same was also closed on 25.04.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a directions to the respondent Police to furnish the copies of the closure reports dated 14.07.2024 and 25.04.2025 to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
