Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRit of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to impugned order passed by the 5th respondent in No. MSU/R/CD/QA/DPE/SJC/2014, dated 03.04.2014 and the consequential order passed by the 4th respondent in No.0011/2014 dated 05.04.2014, quash the same and direct the 5th respondent to grant qualification approval from the date of appointment of the petitioner.
