RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16167/2021 dated 25/10/2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16167 of 2021 on 25.10.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli on 19.11.2021 and it has not been taken on file so far.
