Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned staff fixation for the year 2018-2019 issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.10731/A3/2018 dated 12.03.2019 (holding two posts of BT Assistants as surplus) and the consequential deployment orders 1/4

of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.10731/A3/2019 dated 18.07.2019 (deploying one BT Assistant in Tamil, namely, Mrs.Anthony Jansirani and one BT Assistant in Maths, namely, Mrs.Lordu Anitha, from Annai Therasa Higher Secondary School, Vallam to another school, namely, Veeramaa Munivar RC Higher Secondary School, Tenkasi), quash the same insofar as it render two posts of BT Assistants at Annai Therasa Higher Secondary School, Vallam, as surplus.

ORDER

The petitioner / Superintendent of RC Schools has filed this writ petition as against the order of deployment of the Teachers, who are found to be surplus in the petitioner's School.

2.When the writ petition came up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the order of deployment as against the Teachers of the petitioner's institution has been recalled and 2/4

they have been reverted to their original place of posting. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 02.08.2019.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
