This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings in S.C.No.55 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram.

2.The defacto complainant/Thavamuniyasamy is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Mr.S.John Banu, Sub Inspector of Police, attached to first respondent police station. The defacto complainant states before this Court that he does not want to pursue the complaint. The parties have also filed a memo of joint compromise. Crl.O.P(MD)No.18531 of 2021 impugned proceedings alive. The impugned proceedings are quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
