This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the second respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, final orders were passed by the District Educational Officer, Sankarankovil through the proceedings dated 15.12.2021. The copy of the same was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
