ORDER
Based on the application submitted by the 2nd respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, before the 1st respondent, notice dated 09.08.2023 was issued to the petitioner, which is challenged in this writ petition.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submits that based on the application of the 2nd respondent enquiry was conducted on 17.08.2023 and on 21.08.2023 and order was passed rejecting the request of the petitioner vide order dated 21.08.2023 in Moo.Moo.A1/3558/2023. A copy of the said order is furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2/4
