ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- from his Provident Fund Account towards his medical expenses. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation submitted that the petitioner is eligible to withdraw a sum of Rs.2,40,000/- from his Provident Fund Account. The respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the said sum of Rs.2,40,000/- from his Provident Fund Account forthwith and without any delay.
