Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of and none appeared either in person or by an Advocate on behalf of the petitioners and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14149 of 2021 on 28.10.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. On 28.010.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14149 of 2021 this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner only based on the undertaking given by the petitioner. Now, this petition has been filed to modify the said condition.

4. In view of the conduct and attitude of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed.
