PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide petitioner a free house sites patta in the land meant for providing free house sites to the houseless poor of Adi Dravidar Community people, located at Sathimangalam Revenue Firka, Thallakulam Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, based on the 5th respondent's order in NA. KA.No.03/2023/A1 dated 06.03.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide free house site patta in favour of the petitioner under the scheme for providing free house sites to the house less Adi Dravidar Community people, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2025.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.Micheal Sabastin, learned counsel 2/5

representing Mr.V.Vijayendiran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions from the 5th respondent, would submit that as per the seniority list maintained by the 5th respondent's office, the application submitted by the petitioner is in Serial No.76/2023 and his application will be considered as per the seniority.

4. The said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded and the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner as per the seniority.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
