Respondent/Respondent/Respondent/ Defendant Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, pleased to set aside the Judgment and Decree in C.M.A.No.5 of 2021 dated 01.10.2021 on the file of Learned 1st Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil confirming the order and decree dated 27.07.2021 in I.A. No. 2 of 2021 in O.S. No. 82 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil and allow this Civil Revision Petition and thus render justice.

ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil vide the Letter in D.No.8063/2022-A, Dated 22/08/2022 and none appearance of both the parties, this court made the following order:- The learned First Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil, sent a letter dated 18.08.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.82 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.02.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 18.08.2022, six months' time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 24.02.2022.
