Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.3 and 4 based on the representation, dated 18.07.2025, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.3 and 4, who are interfereing in the property of the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.08.2025, advising the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the competent civil Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the result of the enquiry is not communicated to the petitioner so far. 2/4

4. In view of the above submissions, the second respondent shall communicate the result of the said enquiry in writing to the petitioner forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action taken by the second respondent, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance to the law.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
