The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16901 of 2021 on 01.11.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.10226 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16901 of 2021 on 01.11.2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
