O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to grant patta, by considering the petitioner's representation date 02.12.2014.

2. Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and that the representation has been made as early as, in the year 2014, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent herein on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

3.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
