ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the properties comprised in S.Nos.39/8, 113/12, 113/4, 82/4 and 39/5A and 39/5b1A situated at Vembakudi Village, Sivagangai Taluk and District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.D.Selvanayagam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, the subject properties were allotted to him under a registered partition deed dated 13.08.1999. Based on the said document, he submitted an application on 09.04.2025, seeking mutation of the revenue records. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, he has approached this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondent, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 09.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
